SBDTech customers can get support by utilizing their account at https://billing.sbdtech.com and submitting a Trouble Ticket. This allows our support staff to easily track your tickets.

If you are unable to submit a Trouble Ticket via your billing account, you may submit a trouble ticket via email by sending us an email with a description of your problem at support-staff@sbdtech.com. Please be as detailed as possible, so we can quickly fix any problems you may have.

Response time is 12 hours or less, but in most occassions, problems are resolved within an hour's time.
